How much is your Internet Access??
We are offering Dial Up Internet Access for $18.00 per month or $150.00 per year! While it is Unlimited Access, we ask that you log off when you are not actively using the Internet!
Do you support 56K connections?
Yes! We run all digital equipment and support 56K FLEX and V.90! Your actual connect speed may vary depending on the quality of your phone lines.
In the event I have a question or problem what is the best way to contact support?
For most support issues or questions the best and most efficient method for contacting support is via email at support@cove.net . If your problem prohibits a connection to the Internet please call our office
Can my account be setup to automatically bill to a credit card?
Yes. If you initially used a credit card to sign-up for service then this card will be automatically charged each billing cycle. If you currently pay by check and would like to setup automatic payment by credit card please send email to support@cove.net .
May I resell your Internet Access?
No! Our Internet Access is sold on a strict NOT FOR RESALE basis!
Will I receive an invoice by mail?
No, you will not receive your invoice via U.S. mail. We send a broadcast message each month to your Cove.net email address, reminding you of your monthly bill.
